When we found Cherokee, he was not doing well. We found him extremely emaciated and wormed in a horse market hall. The sight of him broke our hearts and, like other horses, we bought him free. After his arrival, he was immediately given medical treatment. I wonder what he had been through? What might have been done to him? We don't know. What we do know, however: Thanks to the Aiderbichler, we were able to help him and nurse him back to health. Cherokee immediately proved that he is good for a few surprises. A few months later, two mares gave birth to foals: Cherokee cannot deny his paternity.
