Eva the sheep was handed over to Gut Aiderbichl in Iffeldorf because she was too old and therefore worthless. When farm animals are no longer suitable for breeding for reasons of age, for example, they are discarded. All too often this rejection ends in the slaughterhouse, too rarely on a farm where the animals are given a second chance. They should be allowed to live, even if they no longer perform for humans and are therefore only a financial burden. Eva has enough zest for life to be able to lead a long, healthy life.
