Glockerl was exhibited together with many other animals in 2012 as part of a large agricultural exhibition at the Munich Oktoberfest. But at the end of the exhibition, she and her "fellow sufferers" would have been threatened with death if animal lovers had not stood up for them. Unfortunately, the official requirements and regulations, such as the 30-day quarantine, are so strict that it is almost impossible for breeders and animal owners to integrate the animals into a farm. Slaughter is easier and cheaper. Desperate animal lovers contacted us. Despite the lack of space, we didn't want to abandon the animals and pulled out all the stops to help them. On 30.09.2012, the goats and pigs were allowed to move in with us at Gut Aiderbichl.
