John was simply abandoned in front of our shelter in January and has been living with us ever since. He is a calm, friendly dog who has already settled in well with us. John gets on very well with other dogs, including people. John is trusting and perfect with his familiar caregivers. Only with strange men can John be a little reserved at first. However, this disappears when he realizes that no one is trying to hurt him. John always shows his best side at the shelter and is still a fit dog at the age of six.
