Due to a bony tail tear and urinary and fecal incontinence, Michl the good cat was to be euthanized. Before the beautiful gray cat was brought to the clinic, he was only allowed to live on the balcony due to his health problems. The doctor at the veterinary clinic refused to euthanize Michl. He and his team decided to care for the cat together and at least keep him alive. His tail was amputated and it soon became apparent that, despite the best medication, love, time and therapy, the cat was unable to urinate on his own and his faeces were falling out of his anus uncontrollably. Nevertheless, Michl should be allowed to live. A veterinary specialist from the treating vet's team now took over the loving support for Michl. There was no future for Michl at the clinic, so Michl's human friends contacted the animal rescue center at Gut Aiderbichl. He now lives at Gut Aiderbichl Traisen and is enjoying life!
