When pony mare Paloma gave birth to little Tessa, it must have come as a shock to her owners. The little foal had a very crooked nose. This is a hereditary disease called Wry Nose Defect. This is probably why Paloma and her foal were given to a dealer. But they were both lucky - an animal lover took pity on them, bought them both and pulled out all the stops to operate on Tessa. But they couldn't stay with the animal lover. Seeking help, the woman turned to Gut Aiderbichl. They can now both enjoy their lives at the Ballermann Ranch. Tessa survived the operation well... essa survived well.
