Gut Aiderbichl has set itself the goal of rescuing animals in need; a total of 6,000 animals already live on the Aiderbichl farms. Recently, the animal rescuers received an urgent call from a farmer in Styria. Quadruplets have been born on the dairy farm in the Hartberg-Fürstenfeld district, which is tantamount to a minor miracle. The chance of quadruplets being born and all of them surviving is very small - the statistical probability is 1 in 11 million. As the animals are too small to be used on a dairy farm, the farming family turned to Gut Aiderbichl to find the perfect place for the adorable calves to live. This was a lifesaver for the animals. Managing Director Dieter Ehrengruber immediately agreed to take in the quadruplets and bring them to Henndorf. There, Roserl, Reserl, Renaterl and Roswitherl can now enjoy their life on the pastures in Salzburger Land. To ensure that the animals are doing really well, Dieter Ehrengruber also decided to take in the mother of the quadruplets, the mother cow Ruby, at Gut Aiderbichl. This means that the young cows can grow up with their mother.
