When we entered the sales hall of a horse market, we were left breathless. The horses were lined up very close together, waiting to be bought. There were lots of cattle dealers and the atmosphere was oppressive. Then we spotted Tomy, who was very skeptical of people. He kept telling people that he didn't want to be touched, but they didn't understand. It was clear to us that there was only one option for Tomy under normal circumstances: transportation to Italy for slaughter. But Michael Aufhauser would not allow this and bought Tomy free.
