We don't know much about Xaverl's previous life. He came to Gut Aiderbichl with Anton in 2004. He seemed broken. To help him overcome his trauma, we took a lot of time and, of course, patience and love. He blossomed within a very short time. He was finally allowed to be a horse and never had to experience suffering and pressure again. Xaverl belongs to the Noriker breed. This name comes from the name "Noricum", which was the name of a Celtic kingdom in ancient times. This kingdom later became a province of the Roman Empire. And even then we noticed Xaverl's unusual coloring. This is called "saddle-back piebald".
