Unbelievable suffering on the streets of Bucharest
Once again, many puppies have found their way to Gut Aiderbichl Romania
Every day we receive pictures from Romania that break our hearts. Our local staff are faced with a situation that is hard to bear. Dogs, especially puppies, arrive at our shelter almost every day. They are looking for help and are in absolute need.
Over the summer alone, we were able to help over 40 dogs by taking them in. But what about those who are still out there? Read about the dogs that have arrived at our shelter in recent days and weeks.
Take Blanca, for example, who we found on the streets of Romania with her six puppies. The dog had retreated into a bush and was fighting for the lives of her puppies.
Or bitch Coly and her eight puppies: they were taken off the street by an “Aiderbichl” and given initial care. He has been committed to helping animals in need for years and asked us to help place them. We couldn’t say no and brought the little dog family to our shelter and are preparing them for placement as best we can.
Mum dog Flavia also arrived at Gut Aiderbichl Romania. The loving dog mum teaches her puppies everything she knows. Fortunately, Flavia is one of the more trusting characters. She and her seven puppies are now safe with us at Gut Aiderbichl and are being cared for by us.
The puppies Valeria, Vego and Verania were delivered to us in a car boot. They had been placed in a banana box so that they wouldn’t fall around in the car. Naturally, we took care of them and put them up in our house for the time being.
The new arrivals and the many other dogs under the protection of Gut Aiderbichl in Romania have a loving home here. They should feel safe, secure and, above all, loved. You can find more information here: special foster place
