We launched our Gut Aiderbichl animal insurance in 2008. At that time, an animal lover contacted Michael Aufhauser and asked us to take in her two dogs should something happen to them. Since then, many people have taken out animal insurance and many animals have ended up under our protection. Diva's owner also decided to take out animal insurance in 2016. Five years later, she fell so seriously ill that she could no longer guarantee the care of her beloved Diva.
