Ignaz the goat originally came from a petting zoo in Upper Austria. A hotel owner had acquired various animals as a tourist attraction, but the interest did not last long. After a short time, the petting zoo was to be closed down again. The animal keeper had lovingly looked after the animals and they were very close to her heart. She tried desperately to find a good home for all the animals. For some, she succeeded immediately. For others, however, no new owner could be found - until she contacted Gut Aiderbichl. This is how Ignaz the goat found a new home.
