When the desire to do good becomes completely overwhelming at some point, we are asked for help. This was the case with the pony gelding Jacky. He was due to be slaughtered, but animal lovers were able to prevent this! They also helped other animals until the financial burden became too great. There was hardly anything left for the animal rescuers themselves and often they didn't even have anything to eat. We were asked for help and we were able to intervene. Jacky is now safe and can lead a carefree and beautiful life with his friends. en.
