Ganter Martin came to us in 2017. He would have been slaughtered a few weeks later - in honor of St. Martin's Day. Hardly anyone knows why the famous St. Martin's goose is prepared and eaten on this day - but according to tradition, thousands of geese die every year for this holiday. Martin was spared this fate and is now an ambassador for his fellow geese who were not so lucky. Please support us with a sponsorship.
